BACKGROUND.
Lyreco are a global workplace solutions company with offices in 44 countries. Across the UK, Lyreco employ over 1,500 people & each January stage a Sales Kickstart event for 700 sales people & business leaders. Lyreco's model is changing dramatically as they transition from selling Office Supplies to becoming a Workplace Solutions business.
REQUIREMENT.
To provide an empowering campaign that would increase motivation & encourage employees to feel more engaged with the business.

The campaign is still being utilised by Lyreco's HR Department in 2018.
