The Landscape Institute (LI), founded as the Institute of Landscape Architects (ILA) in 1929, was granted a Royal Charter in 1997, becoming the professional body for landscape architects in the UK, focused on enhancing the environment through landscape design, planning, and management, and providing education and advocacy for its members.
REQUIREMENT.
To provide a platform befitting of the prestige of the awards, which showcase the very best in landscape planning, design, management and research in the UK and internationally, and demonstrates the vital contribution that landscape professionals make to address societal challenges in climate, nature and health and wellbeing across the globe in creating better places to live.
